Chief Financial Strategist

The Senior Finance Leader is a critical position that supports financial and operational performance and strategic business decisions for manufacturing sites. This individual will provide finance leadership to one of the North America plants.
Key Responsibilities- Manage financial performance, including monthly closing, ad-hoc reporting/analytics, monthly forecasts, and annual budgets.
- Leverage new reporting and forecasting tools to provide insights and create efficiencies in processes.
- Prepare cost accounting analysis and maintain strong internal financial controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead annual standard costing updates for the site.
- Identify savings opportunities and return on investment, improve financial processes through automation and redesign.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, and at least 5-7 years of experience in finance and/or accounting. Strong change management skills, leadership capability, and a deep understanding of accounting concepts and practices are essential.
