Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist">

We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to join our team in Buenos Aires, Brazil.

This role will be responsible for providing strategic financial planning and analysis support to our LAC Region as part of a budgeting and forecasting team.

  • Responsible for providing financial planning and analysis support to our LAC Region.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to measure the impact on expense budget.
  • Develop operating and financial models considering market challenges in the South Cone region.
  • Prepare comprehensive expense variance analysis on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

This is a hybrid position, and we expect the selected candidate to work from home at least 2-3 days per week.

Requirements
  • 5 years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree.
  • English fluency is required.
  • Demonstrated expertise in MS Office (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI).
  • Experience with complex financial systems is beneficial but not required.
