  • Oversee accounting, forecasting, and planning activities for expense and capital expenditures.
  • Develop and maintain efficient processes and controls.
  • Track and report on financial metrics for internal business partners.
  • Support executive leadership with insights and analysis.
  • Supervise and develop team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 5-7 years of accounting and/or financial analysis experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including vlookups, pivot tables, and models.
  • Demonstrated ability in variance analysis, reconciliations, month-end close, and forecasting.
  • Ability to drive change and standardize processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong background in accounting (US GAAP).
  • Self-motivated with ability to efficiently organize and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to navigate matrix organizations and stakeholder interactions.
