Job Title

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategically minded Lead Financial Strategist to join our team.

  • Analytical Reporting: Provide support for analytical, forecasting, month-end, and variance analysis reporting, as well as Ad Hoc projects based on business needs.
  • Monthly Reports: Offer intermediate/advanced support for the preparation of monthly reports and variance analysis to identify key focus areas for management.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Assist with the input of forecast and budget projections and adjustments into financial reporting systems.
  • Business Planning: Support business planning processes and deliverables, including forecast, budget, and strategic plans, and deliver driver-based presentational outputs for senior management discussions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with local, regional, and global contacts to foster good working relationships across the organization.
  • Process Improvement: Recommend and implement best practices for process and reporting enhancements, including identifying areas for productivity and standardizing activities across business planning.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial KPIs analysis, compare anticipated and actual results, and develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and critical decisions through financial projections and KPIs.

The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. They will also have proficiency in Microsoft Office (preferably Office 365), financial modeling, and related financial systems.

Key Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, business intelligence tools, and data science.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
