  • Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of financial operations including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and payroll management.
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial statements, management reports, and board-level presentations.
  • Develop and maintain robust financial controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Key Accountabilities:
  • Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and performance metrics.
  • Develop sophisticated financial models and pro forma analyses for business initiatives, product launches, and strategic investments.
  • Conduct profitability analysis by product line, customer segment, and business unit.
