We are seeking a highly skilled Software Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. This role involves monitoring, maintaining, and supporting our production environment, as well as integrating with customers' systems.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and maintenance of the production environment
- Integration project support and customer requests
- ETL process investigation and debugging
- Data quality assurance and analysis
- Configuration management
- Process optimization and scalability
- Direct communication with customers for technical issue resolution
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Outstanding technical skills and SQL expertise
- Fast learning capabilities and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to learn quickly and generate innovative ideas for improvement
