As an IT Infrastructure Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our organization's IT systems. Your key objectives include delivering timely and effective solutions to IT-related issues, ensuring the smooth operation of our onshore and offshore infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance to both internal and external personnel, managing IT devices remotely and in-person.
  • Monitor and maintain our IT and communication infrastructure, guaranteeing its optimal performance.
  • Source, configure, and implement new IT equipment, as well as assist with the setup and upkeep of existing devices.
  • Oversee the maintenance of conference rooms, telecommunication equipment, and conduct regular checks of all workstations.
  • Ensure accurate records of asset management.
  • Collaborate with the IT team and procurement department to facilitate hardware and software purchasing, shipping, and receiving.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a relevant combination of education and experience.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role, showcasing proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows 10, and equivalent software; network infrastructure; and server management.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Azure, and O365, along with a comprehensive understanding of networks, software, and hardware.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows 10 and equivalent operating systems.
  • Understanding of network infrastructure and server management.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Azure, and O365.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
