**Job Overview**:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT professional to fill a key role within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to both internal and external personnel, as well as maintaining the overall health of our IT infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Offer assistance to internal and external teams with regards to IT-related queries and issues.
  • Monitor and maintain the IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
  • Assist in the setup and configuration of new hardware and software, as well as performing regular checks on all workstations.
  • Prioritize and manage support cases effectively, collaborating with external vendors as necessary.
  • Foster positive working relationships with external stakeholders.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows 10, network infrastructure, and server management.
  • Experience in network configuration and management.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Goal-oriented with ability to multitask under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
