Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Data Center Technician. This individual will be responsible for staging, setting up and performing hardware deployments, as well as troubleshooting and diagnostics on equipment.

In this capacity, you will work closely with our team to ensure the smooth operation of our data center facilities. Your expertise in computer hardware and components will be essential in identifying and resolving issues efficiently.

You will also have the opportunity to deepen your understanding of data center standard processes and procedures, develop mentoring skills while providing guidance to peers, familiarize yourself with security and data management procedures, and accelerate your career growth in the process.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware and components
  • Ability to work on-site in Campinas
  • Business level fluency in English
  • Ability to work shifts, including evening, nighttime, weekends, and/or holidays
