Job Overview

We are seeking a Coordinator of International Trade to manage the export process and ensure compliance with contractual requirements, delivering goods within specified terms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow up with exporters and shipping agents to guarantee timely delivery of products.
  • Prepare shipping documents to meet customer requirements and international regulations.
  • Monitor key indicators (time/cost) to provide historical data for future shipments.
  • Complete all necessary documents on time to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate customs clearance with the forwarder.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Daily work with carriers and monitoring of shipment processes.
  • Ensure production meets deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree in Business, Economic, or Engineering fields.
  • At least 1-year experience in a related field or position.
  • Desirable knowledge of Incoterm and SAP systems.
  • Strong initiative, negotiation, planning, and organizational skills.
