Job Role

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to play a key role in driving business strategies and creating processes to implement, maintain, and review pricing strategy definitions across divisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of discount matrices, their implementation, and maintenance.
  • Conduct pricing studies for pricing negotiations (discount approvals, pricing exceptions) for leaders across commercial, marketing, and general management divisions.
  • Execute financial analysis of contracts.
  • Maintain Business Intelligence team routines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrate strategic and thoughtful approaches to using quantitative and qualitative pricing methods using statistical techniques and data science.
  • Develop skills through continuous learning and eagerness to adapt.
  • Present complex ideas clearly and effectively, with creative ways of building and conveying thoughts on projects and areas of opportunity.
  • Support a culture of pricing excellence by identifying and reviewing price improvement opportunities for partners, while driving actions to achieve these pricing goals.
  • Cultivate collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
  • Currently enrolled in or possess a degree in business, finance, scientific field, mathematics, operations, or a related field.
  • Self-oriented, organized, and challenge-driven.
  • Adaptive and eager to learn.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas to anyone.
  • Proficiency in English and/or Spanish is a plus.
  • Knowledge of ETL tools (Pentaho, Power Automate) and coding languages (Python, R, DAX) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of JDE ERP and Cognos Analytics is a plus.
