Business Development Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Marketing Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for supporting the launch and maintenance of online marketing campaigns, as well as analyzing campaign performance and providing recommendations for optimization.
Key Responsibilities:- Configure, launch, and maintain online marketing campaigns based on both headquarters and local market strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify any execution issues in a timely manner, coordinating with relevant teams for optimization.
- Collect and organize information on competitors' marketing campaigns, promotional strategies, pricing policies, and other relevant activities, producing competitive analysis reports to support marketing strategy adjustments.
- Assist in basic data collection and analysis of marketing campaign performance, including impressions, conversions, and participation rates, and provide support for campaign reviews and optimization recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
- At least one year of relevant work experience, preferably in e-commerce.
