Marketing Role

We are looking for a skilled Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing manager in delivering strategic planning for products under their management. As part of our team, you will play a key role in implementing marketing plans that include promotions strategy, marketing materials, media partnership, and key performance indicators.

You will be responsible for maintaining all promotional action management (visitors, delegates, and exhibitors) as well as strategies for audience engagement and inbound marketing. Additionally, you will support suppliers and manage the marketing team, ensuring quality and deadline accomplishment. Monthly reports will be used to track main metrics/KPI.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing plans that drive business results;
  • Maintain promotional action management and strategies for audience engagement;
  • Support suppliers and manage the marketing team;
  • Track and report key metrics/KPI through monthly reports.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Marketing, Administration, Public Relations, Communication, Journalism, or related areas;
  • Advanced English;
  • Experience in strategic marketing plan and people/team management;
  • Post-graduation in Marketing and/or Business Management;
  • Advanced Spanish;
  • MS Office;
  • Eloqua and AEM (desirable).
