The ideal candidate will drive business growth and development through the implementation of effective marketing strategies.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that support patient identification, demand generation, retention, and reimbursement in Brazil.
- Lead the flawless implementation of all marketing tactics to ensure seamless execution.
- Collaborate with legal, regulatory, and compliance stakeholders to guarantee compliant development and execution of marketing initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional alignment discussions with the Brand Team to guarantee smooth collaboration.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with local and national key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the disease area in partnership with the Medical Affairs Team.
- Partner with regional sales managers to identify training opportunities, implement commercial tactics, and monitor their effectiveness.
- In partnership with Finance, develop and manage a demand forecast and recommend appropriate promotional investments.
- Partner with business insights and regional/global brand teams to conduct innovative research and analytics to help identify key business dynamics and opportunities.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals composed by marketing specialists and interns to achieve business objectives.
- Prior experience as a Product Manager in Specialties Areas (e.g. Immunology, Oncology, Hematology, Rare Diseases) in pharmaceutical or biotech companies.
- Experience in product lifecycle management and market analysis.
- Analytical mind, problem-solving aptitude, and high learning agility.
- Strong scientific orientation, organizational, and leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, creative thinking, and forecasting management experience.
- Frequent travel (20%) and field focus requiring fluent written and spoken English skills.
