Senior Talent Development Specialist

The Talent Development Specialist will be responsible for leading the implementation of talent strategies in LATAM, partnering with the Global Talent Team to ensure alignment with global hiring standards and practices.
Talent Strategy & Execution- Develop and implement local talent strategies across LATAM
- Lead regional execution of talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development programs
- Identify regional talent gaps and propose innovative solutions aligned with business priorities
- Provide strategic advice to LATAM business leaders on talent-related matters
- Manage and develop the LATAM Talent Acquisition team
- Drive regional recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build diverse pipelines
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth
- Partner with HRBP team to deliver and adapt global leadership development programs to meet regional needs
- Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, and learning experiences for emerging and senior leaders in partnership with HRBPs and local leaders
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform talent decisions and measure program effectiveness
- Prepare regional talent dashboards and reports for senior leadership
- Act as the bridge between global and regional teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment
- Influence senior stakeholders across LATAM to adopt and champion talent initiatives
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other functional leaders to integrate talent strategies into broader people plans
- Proven experience managing regional or global talent programs
- Strong understanding of LATAM market dynamics and cultural nuances
- Experience leading Talent Acquisition teams preferred
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese
