Job Opportunity
We are looking for a proactive and experienced professional to join our team as a Talent Development Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Develop and maintain performance evaluation systems, career progression frameworks, and compensation structures that align with organizational goals.
- Conduct regular performance and competency assessments, providing constructive feedback and fostering a transparent and communicative environment.
- Plan and promote technical training initiatives, personal development programs, and employee engagement events.
- Identify and diagnose development and training needs at individual and team levels, proposing tailored initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in training and development, preferably with an international background.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Spanish is considered a strong advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields.
- Strong communication, interpersonal relationship-building, and time management skills.
Work Location: Presential in Itaim Bibi/SP
