A Senior Organizational Development Specialist
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with business leaders to design and implement a structured organization that aligns with the company's goals. Regularly conduct diagnostics to identify key issues and challenges, and proactively follow up on solutions.
- Talent Management: Utilize talent review, development, and co-creation facilitation methods to focus on recruiting, training, developing, and advancing key talents. Provide strong talent pipeline support and help build succession plans for business departments.
- Culture Implementation: Drive the implementation and promotion of corporate culture and values within the department. Organize employee engagement and care activities to communicate company philosophy and values, strengthening team cohesion and morale.
- Partnership Building: Gain a deep understanding of the international team's business strategy. Participate in strategy formulation and execution, and develop tailored HR plans to achieve both short- and long-term business objectives.
Requirements: A Bachelor's degree or above, over 3 years of experience in organizational development, human resources, or a related field, and fluency in English. The ideal candidate is self-driven, curious, and able to work under pressure.
