As a key member of our HR team, you will play a crucial role in driving organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Your primary focus will be on partnering with leaders to analyze and make complex decisions that align with business objectives.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to address talent pipeline opportunities
- Partner with leaders to evolve organizational design, improve collaboration, and build talent capability
- Design and implement creative talent management programs to drive business results
- Ensure alignment with global and regional priorities through effective people cycle execution
To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:
Essential Skills:- 8+ years of HR experience in medium-large scale businesses
- Experience supporting multiple functions, particularly Commercial/Sales
- Cultural adaptability and ability to work in a diverse environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including advanced English proficiency
