Organizational Development Specialist

This role will be responsible for driving the organizational development strategy in Brazil, acting as a strategic partner to the business, leading local initiatives, and ensuring the implementation of global and regional HR processes.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in workforce planning, talent management, and organizational effectiveness, with a strong understanding of business goals and long-term growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders by providing guidance on organizational development, workforce planning, and talent management, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving long-term growth.
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes and programs in Brazil, ensuring compliance with global standards while adapting to local market dynamics and legal requirements.
- Design, coordinate, and deliver leadership development initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous learning and building strong leadership capabilities across the organization.
- Provide expert support and coaching to managers and directors on complex HR issues, including employee engagement, retention strategies, and change management initiatives.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional and regional HR projects, ensuring effective deployment, stakeholder alignment, and successful adoption of initiatives within the local context.
- Foster a high-performance culture by advising leadership teams on the implementation of best practices related to employee relations, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
- Ensure readiness and compliance for internal and external HR audits, contributing to the maintenance of certifications such as ISO, and reinforcing adherence to company policies and regulatory frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on organizational development and workforce planning.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems, including talent management and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
