**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
We are hiring a **Organizational Development & Belonging Analyst **to our **People **team in **São Paulo, Brazil**
Gympass is looking for a professional who is passionate about people and wants to be part of a global, strategic Organizational Development & Belonging people team.
This person will report directly to the Talent Management & Belonging Manager responsible for building the best experiences for our employees (Gympassers), on themes such as Talent Management, Learning & Development, Diversity, and Inclusion.
A fluent English level is mandatory, as we are a global company and our products are built for all regions.
**YOUR IMPACT**:
- Facilitate training in English (e.g. Global Onboarding Sessions, Leadership Model Training, etc.)
- Support the design and implementation of the Competency Matrix Project;
- Support the design and implementation of the Internship Program;
- Support in the implementation of Organizational Development and Belonging (Talent Management, Culture, Learning & Development, and Belonging) projects, initiatives, and processes;
- Lead Organizational Development projects;
- Create or review content related to Culture, Diversity and Belonging, Learning, and other topics;
- Content Manager of People Digital Workspace sites (Onboarding Center, Culture Hub, People site);
- Support LMS management (Udemy Business) - data analysis presentation and operational day-to-day support to employees.
**WHO YOU ARE**
- Previous relevant experience in the People/Human Resources area (not specifically in the Organizational Development & Belonging area) or with project management;
- Fluent/Advanced English;
- Have good interpersonal relationships & constructive collaboration skills;
- Have good analytical skills;
- Have great verbal and written communication skills;
- Be comfortable in an agile working environment;
- Be data-driven - experience with Google Sheets/Excel.
