Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned professional to serve as a key liaison between the business and HR teams. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to navigate complex organizational structures, and have a proven track record of driving employee engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with assigned business units to develop and implement high-quality HR practices
  • Provide guidance on talent development, performance management, and employee relations
  • Assess team and employee development needs, make recommendations, and implement solutions
  • Manage employee disciplinary issues and provide advice on case management
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to implement solutions
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives for assigned business units
  • Serve as an ambassador for TikTok's organizational cultural values

Qualifications
  • Proven track record working with multi-cultural teams and navigating matrixed organizations
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred but not necessary
  • Experience in project management, change management, culture transformations, and leadership coaching
  • Able to multitask and work through complexities in fast-paced environments
  • Proactive and highly motivated with a focus on original thinking and continuous improvement
