Job Title: Senior Organization Change Management Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive our organization's change management strategy.

This role will be accountable for all organizational change and communication-related tasks on the project, reporting to the IT and/or Business Project Lead.

The successful candidate will create and implement an organizational change strategy for the OneCMS Platform, encompassing IT solution rollouts, business changes, and project-internal communications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing organizational change strategies across all levels of the organization
  • Creating targeted communication content for various purposes and channels
  • Preparing overview presentations and newsletter updates
  • SUPPORTING TRAINING CREATION AND STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT AS REQUIRED

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in organizational change management and change leadership
  • 3+ years of experience in a multinational company or similar environment
  • Experience in creating effective communication materials (newsletters, presentations, etc.)
  • Proven track record in software rollouts and end-user communication
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent English language skills (ideally native speaker or equivalent proficiency)

This role requires a high degree of flexibility and self-direction, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with Google Suite is preferred. Former Roche experience and diagnostics expertise are also highly valued.
