Role Summary

As a Talent Management Manager, you will be responsible for leading the design and execution of talent strategies focused on leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement. You will drive global programs locally, support strategic workforce planning, and enable data-driven talent decisions.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead core processes related to Talent Assessment, including Core People Processes (360, MPW, HOGAN), Mentoring Program, Surveys (OHS, Employee Confidence Index, Exit Survey, and contingent surveys), and LeAD (PLDC, ELDC, ALDC).
  • Develop and implement professional coaching and mentoring programs aligned with career and leadership development needs.
  • Analyze and recommend application of assessment tools (360º, HOGAN, MPW) to support development and succession decisions.
  • Lead leadership development programs (e.g., LeAD: PLDC, ELDC, ALDC; ALP), ensuring global standard application with local and functional relevance.
  • Prepare leadership insights reports and succession recommendations, supporting IDPs aligned with assessments.
  • Facilitate career and leadership development workshops and webinars aligned with global strategy and local needs.
  • Develop a deep understanding of business implications for Core People Processes and supports People Planning with accurate Talent Analytics.
  • Oversee OHS Process (Governance, Deployment, Communication, Sector Content, Action Planning) ensuring capability enablement for managers & Local People Partners.
  • Identify improvements for Core People Processes, LeAD, and OHS, leveraging best practices across sectors.
  • Connect assessment and survey results to craft storytelling for the sector's talent agenda, informing leaders and the Talent Analytics Dashboard.
">Requirements
  • Experience in HR and Talent Management roles.
  • Strong project management discipline and rigor.
  • Ability to interpret and integrate feedback from surveys and assessments.
  • Knowledge of Talent Analytics.
  • Facilitation skills (small, large, executive).
  • Presentation skills tailored to assessment & survey results for leaders.
  • Fluent in English, intermediate Spanish (written, oral, listening).
  • Ability to lead and participate in forums with senior leaders.
  • Influence and collaboration skills.
