This exciting opportunity allows you to work closely with customers and partners, providing feedback and resolving issues. You will be the advocate for customers requiring assistance from our HQ Support team.

As a key member of our team, you will have the chance to impact the business and advance your career.

  • You will exceed our sales targets by articulating the benefits of our architecture to senior security management and CISOs.
  • Construct best practices for presentations, demos, and Proof of Concept/Value exercises, as well as overall win strategy.
  • Take an active role in customer success and help resolve satisfaction issues, escalating cross-functionally when needed.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Exceeding sales targets through effective presentation and demo skills.
  • Articulating the high-level benefits of our architecture to target audiences.
  • Constructing best practices for presentations, demos, and Proof of Concept/Value exercises.
  • Providing feedback to Product Management on new feature requests and product enhancements.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience as a Solutions/System Engineer with a proven track record and demonstrable skills at presenting technical information at the executive level or architect level.
  • Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills ranging from tech level up to senior executives.
  • Ability to scale from the whiteboard to working with security architects to influencing CISOs.
Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Experience with systems installation, configuration, and administration of Linux, MacOS, and Windows-based systems.
  • Proficient in mobile device technologies (MDM/MAM) and OS such as Android and iOS.
  • Knowledge of certificates, key management systems, HSM, and related protocols.
Desirable Skills:

The following skills are highly desirable:

  • Demonstrable experience with scripting languages such as Python, and REST API framework.
  • Prior experience with other vendor Cloud Security solutions is advantageous.
  • Strong security skills that would include hands-on experience with Bluecoat, Symantec, McAfee, Checkpoint, Cisco, Juniper, and other appropriate certifications.
Education:

A relevant Bachelor's degree; preference for computer science or related degrees.
