We are seeking a reliable professional to lead our Reliability Maintenance Engineering team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and mentoring vendors, ensuring they work safely, efficiently and in compliance with industry standards.

The role involves working closely with the team and wider network to leverage technical expertise and build solutions that enhance equipment availability.

The Area Manager will also support the Reliability Engineering Manager in implementing and auditing safety and statutory compliance programs.

Sufficient technical coverage is required during shifts, which will be achieved by organizing and directing training programs for vendors.

Additionally, the Area Manager may be assigned to local or business review (BR) level projects as required.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reliability engineering, with experience in leading teams and managing vendor relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Reliability Program Management or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience with computers, including MS Excel, Word and Office
  • Fluent English skills
