Client-Facing Delivery Manager Opportunity

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead discovery sessions, capture key project details, and develop compelling proposals. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in sales engineering delivery management and possess strong business strategy knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to articulate service offerings effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Discovery Call & Stakeholder Engagement: Assemble a team, align them on preliminary information, and lead technical discovery calls to build rapport with clients. The successful candidate will demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle, extract high-level requirements, and analyze client pain points.
  • Proposal Development & Deliverable Creation: Develop dynamic decks and proposals that articulate service offerings, project scope, value propositions, and strategic recommendations. The ideal candidate will customize deliverables to reflect client challenges identified during discovery.
  • Team Buildout and Project Kickoff: Act as the primary point of coordination among sales, recruiting, and engineering teams, ensuring smooth hand-offs from initial engagement through team buildout to project kickoff. The successful candidate will translate complex technical aspects into business-focused narratives and maintain a sales/consulting mindset throughout the discovery process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in similar roles
  • Exceptional Communication & Soft Skills: outstanding interpersonal abilities, strong presentation and storytelling skills for client-facing interactions
  • UX & Presentation Design Acumen: solid grasp of UX principles and design thinking; proven track record of creating high-quality, visually engaging decks and proposals
  • Technical Savvy & SDLC Knowledge: deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and familiarity with agile methodologies; ability to discuss technical nuances while keeping business impact in view
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking: ability to synthesize complex information, identify key insights, and recommend actionable strategies
  • Team Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination: experience working across sales, engineering, and recruiting teams; ability to serve as a liaison ensuring alignment
  • Consultative Sales Experience: prior experience in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical consulting role within a digital software environment
