Senior Creative Leader

This role oversees a team of designers, ensuring high-quality work output through creative direction and guidance.

  • Lead a team of designers in managing client projects from start to finish, emphasizing visual craftsmanship, UX expertise, and timely delivery.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with direct reports to assess project progress, provide constructive feedback, and foster career growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, understand business objectives, and address client concerns.
  • Refine internal processes for client work in conjunction with the Director of Creative, providing training and feedback to enhance the skills of the design team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Promote AI-powered work among team members, offering trainings on best practices and creating efficient workflows.
  • Oversee Creative Direction engagements focused on transforming marketing channels through deliverables like content calendars and strategic proposals.
  • Lead UI/UX engagements as capacity allows, focusing on creating branded e-commerce websites that emphasize user experience and conversion-focused design.
  • Present design and creative direction work to clients, explaining design choices based on effective reasoning and UX principles.
  • Manage design projects independently from discovery to hand-off, adhering to timelines and collaborating with developers to ensure feasibility.

The ideal candidate will possess 3-6+ years of senior-level design experience, preferably with at least 1 year of people management experience. They should be proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong background in creative direction, marketing design, or responsive web design.
