We are seeking a seasoned Senior Design Lead to spearhead the development of our creative strategy. This individual will be responsible for driving innovation and excellence in our design team, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams and delivering high-quality results that exceed client expectations.
About the Role:- Lead a team of designers in crafting compelling marketing campaigns and transformative brand experiences.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, leveraging expertise in UX design, visual craft, and project management.
- Foster open communication channels with clients, addressing concerns and providing expert guidance on creative direction.
This is an ideal opportunity for a strategic thinker who can balance creative vision with business acumen. Our ideal candidate has at least 5 years of senior-level design experience, with a proven track record in leading design teams and driving impactful results.
