Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a seasoned communications professional to develop and implement external corporate communications, reputation strategies, and campaigns for Latin America.
  • This role will lead communication agencies and support operations management, content planning, tracking, and measurement versus key objectives.
  • The successful candidate will plan and implement proactive communications on corporate impact and sustainability, including water, world without waste, and economic empowerment initiatives.
  • They will also coordinate with regional communications teams to enhance business reputation, growth, and influence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive Latin America communications strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals.
  • Lead communications efforts for key stakeholders, including partners and bottling companies.
  • Drive a strategy to leverage spokespersons as key ambassadors for corporate reputation.
  • Design and adapt new communications strategies to meet changing needs and priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive messaging and develop narratives that resonate with various audiences.
  • BUILD consensus and ensure alignment among key internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
  • +5 years of relevant experience in FMCG or Tech industry with responsibility in communications, stakeholder management, and sustainability.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively in a consumer-oriented way to drive tangible business results.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic communication plans, stakeholder management, media, digital, or social media, speechwriting, or social media skills.
