Project Management Lead Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Project Management Lead. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the success of our products and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning the outcome - Ensuring that our products launch and operate successfully, meeting the daily needs of coordinating your team's work and delivering new features and services to end users.
  • Owning the schedule - Partnering with discipline leads to determine time and people necessary to see projects through to completion, building and maintaining project plans, schedules, and roadmaps considering dependencies across multiple development teams.
  • Communicating effectively - Providing transparency on project status and risks to stakeholders, ensuring they are properly informed of any impacts from upcoming releases, and communicating frequently with the production team and project leads on project status, risks, and opportunities.
  • Focusing on users - Being an active customer advocate and ensuring live issues affecting end users are being followed up on and resolved.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a production role, managing cross-functional teams in the creation and delivery of complex projects.
  • Deep understanding of game development, software development process, and project management practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude, with a strong preference for applicants with development (programming, technical) and/or game development experience.
  • Ability to adapt and be effective in new situations within a highly dynamic environment.
  • User-focused, passionate, scrappy, solutions-focused, and innovative.
