About the RoleTraffic Allocation is responsible for managing user traffic distribution across business lines and experiments.
By using data insights and cross-BU collaboration, resources are optimized, user exposure is balanced, and business objectives are met at the platform level.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and optimize in-app traffic resources to enhance user experience.
- Explore new traffic opportunities that align with business goals.
- Analyze data and monitor impact on user behavior.
- Collaborate with PMs, operations, and algorithm teams to drive innovation.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in operations, growth, or business operations.
- Strong analytical skills to make informed decisions based on data.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to drive collaboration.
