Job Title

A Traffic Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of user traffic across various business lines and experiments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluating In-App Traffic Resources: Assess the performance and potential of new in-app resource placements, define standardized usage guidelines, and build a clear playbook to ensure consistent and effective operations;
  • Exploring New Traffic Opportunities: Proactively identify and test new in-app touchpoints to maximize traffic value and expand the reach of our services;
  • Analyzing Data & Monitoring Impact: Define and track key metrics, evaluate traffic allocation performance, and uncover insights that lead to better decision-making;
  • Collaborating Across Teams: Work closely with PMs, operations, and algorithm teams to align on resource usage, coordinate experiments, and deliver improvements efficiently.
Role Qualifications
  • Professional Experience: Bring 3 - 5 years of experience in operations, growth, business operations, or other data-driven roles;
  • Analytical Skills: Highly analytical with proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets, capable of making data-driven decisions;
  • Prioritization & Autonomy: Manage multiple priorities, work autonomously, and thrive in a fast-changing environment;
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong ability to collaborate with PMs, operations, and technical teams;
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills and stakeholder management ability;
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English.
