About Our Team
We're seeking a skilled Project Lead to spearhead our project teams' performance, scope, cost, and deliverables. As a Project Lead, you will drive the charge with project direction, metric definition, and performance management.

Your Key Responsibilities
Guarantee, measure, and assist teams and newcomers in adhering to the Lean-Agile model. Conduct and support ceremonies for defining OKRs/KPIs across all portfolio layers. Be the guardian of aligned methodology within squads. Measure operational indicators of squads and contribute to preparing monitoring reports of methodology. Maintain work standards within adopted practices by Claro, referenced by frameworks and base methods, with appropriate adaptations made in the program.

Required Skills and Expertise
Familiarity with Lean-Agile models. Ability to conduct and support ceremonies for defining OKRs/KPIs. Strong analytical skills to measure operational indicators. Excellent communication skills to maintain work standards. Knowledge of IBM's consulting services and global professional services business.
