Job Title: Project Coordinator Lead

About the Role:

The Project Coordinator Lead will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management including coordinating project teams, developing schedules, and monitoring project processes to ensure timely completion. This role is a key position in ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on assigned projects providing regular updates and reports.
  • Schedule Development: Develop schedules/timelines/cost plans that support business objectives, established resources, and project deliverables.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate day-to-day execution of the overall project delivery process including risk management and issue resolution.
  • Budget Management: Ensure that projects are executed within approved budget and schedule and in accordance with company Quality requirements.
  • Risk Management: Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements to mitigate any potential impact on the project.
  • Reporting: Prepares technically accurate and timely reports related to the project progress and milestones.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Managing stakeholders' communication and preparing communications for management and updates.
  • Document Management: Managing the main project documentation from project initiation through completion in accordance with the process instruction.
  • Invoicing: Ensure that invoices are properly prepared in accordance with contractual terms and are issued to clients in a timely manner.
  • Time Charge Records: Prepare and submit time charge records and expense reports in a timely manner in accordance with company procedures.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Typically requires a minimum of 1-3 years of project management-related experience in a lead role with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications: Preferably holds a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or a general certification in Project Management.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Ability to effectively speak and write English fluently; experience and knowledge of project management methodologies and techniques; ability to work positively with a wide range of individuals involved in the project.
