Job Title: Payroll Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage payroll operations for multiple countries.
  • Ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll operations.
  • Reconcile payroll data with accounting records.
  • Oversee timely payments of statutory deductions.
  • Collaborate with local vendors and HR teams to validate payroll data.
  • Address internal/external payroll inquiries and deliver reports within deadlines.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of hands-on payroll experience in Brazil.
  • Expertise in SSL countries is a plus.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws, tax regulations, and social security requirements.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish proficiency is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Background in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and policies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll operations, compliance, and regulations. They will be able to analyze complex payroll data and provide insightful solutions. The ability to communicate effectively with local vendors and HR teams is also essential.
