Job Description

We are seeking a Field Force Effectiveness Senior Analyst to join our Decision Support team. This professional will be responsible for driving Field Force Excellence initiatives and data-driven insights, in partnership with Commercial, Medical & Market Access Leadership Teams.

The ideal candidate will work in enhancements for field force teams, understanding business priorities to define high standards KPIs, implementing executive dashboards and reports to foster a data-driven culture, proposing and performing sales incentive plans, and analyzing primary or secondary data (Veeva CRM, DataSUS, Close-Up / IQVIA).

Responsibilities include:

  • Participating in the development and implementation of Field Force KPIs, ensuring right correlation to business strategy, consistent tracking, insights, and in-depth analysis;
  • Regularly compiling and delivering Field Force Effectiveness KPIs dashboards/reports and analytics to end-users;
  • Performing and supporting field force effectiveness ad-hoc analyses based on primary or secondary data;
  • Conducting targeting and field force sizing analyses alongside Decision Support Team;
  • Strategically designing and implementing incentives process (targets definitions methodologies, engagement metrics, special campaigns, result communication, dashboards, reports, etc.);
  • Performing Incentive Compensation calculation and implementing SIC system;
  • Bringing insights and analysis for stakeholders through Incentive Compensation data and benchmarking with vendors and other professionals;
  • Shadowing Veeva CRM maintenance, routines, and enhancements, promoting high standards experiences for field force and visibility of the field force performance for business stakeholders;
  • Participating in the development and implementation, when needed, of Veeva CRMs related projects (Digital, Events, Training, etc.) ensuring business alignment, data integration and assertiveness;
  • Supporting Field Force and Commercial Excellence & Operations team in questions related to Field Force Effectiveness;
  • Supporting Decision Support Manager to provide integrated marketing analytical solutions (dashboards and reports) to support business areas (Sales/Marketing, Mkt Access, and Medical);
