SAP SuccessFactors Technical Lead

We are seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors expert to lead our talent management, Recruiting and Onboarding modules.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and optimization initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Techincal Expertise:
  • Provide ongoing technical knowledge and consultation on SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding 1.0 modules.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, system configuration, testing and deployment.
  • Collaborate with HR technology teams to identify process improvements and recommend configuration changes.
  • Process Optimization:
  • Develop and implement process optimization strategies to improve user experience and productivity.
  • Continuously review system capabilities to align with future organizational growth objectives.
  • Project Management:
  • Lead project management efforts for 3rd party integrations with SuccessFactors modules.
  • Collaborate with HR analytics teams to build and utilize custom reports and dashboards.
Requirements
  • Expert-level knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and related technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
