The role of a SAP Functional SuccessFactors Module Administrator involves the maintenance and optimization of talent management modules.
Key Responsibilities:- Operating excellence in the Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
- Identifying and resolving problems using SAP SuccessFactors expertise.
- Collaboration with process owners during system updates to enhance user experience and productivity.
- Technical knowledge of SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding 1.0 modules.
- Day-to-day operations, system configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Bi-annual release updates and enablement plan management.
- Project management of third-party integrations with SuccessFactors modules.
- System data analysis with the HR analytics team.
- Troubleshooting and resolving system interface errors.
- Creating and maintaining system documentation.
- Supporting end users and managing cases in our HR service delivery tool.
- Participation in current and future HR system-related projects.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Three or more years of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors administration experience.
- Proven troubleshooting skills or previous systems administrator/analyst experience.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English.
- Partnership mindset, business acumen, and ability to work well in a team.
- Microsoft Office experience.
- SAP SuccessFactors Expert accreditations are a plus.
