Data Center Construction Project Lead

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled construction manager to oversee the development of a data center project from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, coordinate and execute construction projects with precision and within defined timelines.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans, manage risks and resolve issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure all systems are designed and installed to meet data center needs.
- Travel frequently to data centers to manage construction efforts, conduct audits, and reviews.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in construction management or program management for mission-critical facilities.
- 7+ years of general contractor and vendor management experience, including request for proposals, bidding, change orders, quality control, RFI/submittal tracking.
- Familiarity with electrical engineering best practices, including breaker coordination studies and switchgear sequence of operation.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations, including Life Safety, BOCA, NFPA, NEC, and OSHA, and Brazilian equivalents.
