As a Transfer Pricing Specialist, you will leverage your analytical expertise to develop insightful recommendations for complex challenges while ensuring precision and accuracy in global transfer pricing activities.

  • Conduct thorough reviews and analyses of legal entity business results, proposing adjustments to intercompany prices to ensure arm's length outcomes.
  • Oversee the management of global intercompany royalties and commissions processes.
  • Support the preparation of transfer pricing documentation reports.
  • Maintain a robust internal control structure for transfer prices.
  • Respond to internal and external transfer price inquiries and provide necessary documentation.
  • Perform or assist with royalty and commission calculations and invoicing, including responding to inquiries from all interested parties.
  • Calculate, analyze, and implement pricing updates.
  • Distribute reporting and analysis tools to other functions.
  • Recommend and execute work process improvements.
  • Collaborate and plan across functional areas.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required; an Accounting degree is preferred.
  • 5 years of relevant accounting/finance/tax experience.
  • 2 years of Transfer Pricing experience.
  • Understanding of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
  • Strong computer logic skills, including proficiency in MS Excel (complex formulas & macros), with SAP experience being advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Previous tax experience is beneficial.
