Senior Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead our medium to large Staff Augmentation projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management practices and Agile methodologies, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Plan and monitor project results, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
  • Coordinate and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain project quality and consistency.
  • Retain staff by fostering a reliable and communicative work environment, developing personal relationships with team members, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Strategically analyze and improve billable utilization, plan capacity, and forecast project profitability.
  • Achieve financial objectives by forecasting financial results, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
  • Take a proactive role in identifying business opportunities within existing clients and delivering value to all stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience as a Software Project Manager.
  • Extensive experience in the IT industry, with a deep understanding of project management practices and Agile methodologies.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Good English level, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with global teams and clients.
