About the Role

  • Create visual content that captures attention, including design direction, ideas, and layouts.
  • Become proficient in UI/UX best practices and design systems to craft engaging landing pages.
  • Join forces with our CEO, Head of Marketing, Project Manager, and Developers to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Maintain consistency across all creative collateral by executing multiple design systems and style guides.
  • Analyze factors driving converting creative and apply established best practices in your work.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of branding principles and execute designs that accurately reflect client identities.
  • Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams for daily feedback and approvals.
  • Pose as an art director for contracted video work, ensuring alignment with Darkroom's design guidelines.
  • Demonstrate agility and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Develop visual mood boards and define brand tone and imagery.
  • Present concepts, ideas, and final designs through mock-ups.
  • Evaluate and evolve brand identities.
  • Bonus: Develop motion graphics works (2D/3D) for organic social media and project presentations.

Your Qualifications

  • Proven track record of designing successful brands & identities, typography, and web design projects.
  • A strong grasp of design principles, including layout, color theory, typography, and composition.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite – non-negotiable.
  • 4+ years of experience in design work, preferably within an agency or design studio.
  • Soft Skills:
    • A genuine team player who strives for detail-oriented design and can adapt to various styles.
    • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • A self-motivated individual with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for deliverables.
    • A systematic thinker who problem solves and time manages without heavy direction.
