Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage tax-related configurations in SAP including automatic tax determination and IVA settings
  • Handle ticket management for tax system issues including requests incidents and change requests
  • Ensure compliance with indirect tax regulations including ICMS ICMS-ST IPI PIS COFINS and tax withholdings
  • Support key tax projects such as Bloco K Special Tax Regime and P2P process improvements
  • Provide analysis and insights on tax data for operational efficiency and risk mitigation

Collaborate with global teams and external consultants for system enhancements and updates.

Requirements:
  • Strong expertise in SAP including MM SD and FI modules
  • Hands-on experience with J1BTAX and tax configuration in SAP
  • Proven experience managing ticketing systems and handling tax-related system issues
  • Knowledge of indirect tax regulations and compliance requirements
  • Advanced English proficiency for global interactions
  • Experience with tax validation tools including Inventti OpenText Thomson Reuters and Coupa
  • Familiarity with Guepardo Tax and e-Invoicing solutions
  • Background in accounting finance or a related field
