Regional Product Manager Role

This is a challenging opportunity to lead the market introduction of new products in coordination with Hub Marketing and Sales, Application Engineering teams. As a Regional Product Manager, you will play a vital role in providing structured proposals to Global Product Managers and driving the implementation of mid-long term strategies and competitiveness programs.

The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of product development processes, manufacturing techniques, and quality standards. Excellent project management skills are required, with ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet project milestones.

You will be accountable for gathering information about market drivers, new products, applications, and technical requirements. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure seamless integration of products into production lines and meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides input to Global Product Managers on MRS and business cases for R&D initiatives
  • Leads the Market introduction of new products in coordination with Hub Marketing and Sales, Application Engineering teams
  • Establishes product standardization guidelines and protocols to ensure consistency and efficiency in manufacturing processes
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for component standardization, cost reduction, and process optimization

Requirements:

  • MSc or BSc Engineering degree
  • Proven experience in product management, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of power transformers portfolio with international experience in different customers and product standards
  • Excellent networking and leadership skills with good communication and presentation skills
