Key Responsibilities

The Banquet Captain plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest service and driving financial profitability.

  • Ensure quality food and beverage service throughout banquet functions to meet high standards.
  • Assist with planning, organizing, and executing all banquet functions, including breakfast, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, cocktail receptions, and galas.
  • Welcome clients and guests, responding promptly and efficiently to their requests.
  • Participate in and lead department meetings to foster effective collaboration.
  • Process banquet checks accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless transactions.
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Banquet Captain. As a key member of the events team, you will be responsible for overseeing the set-up and clean-up of food and beverage during banquet functions.

In this role, you will work closely with colleagues to deliver outstanding guest service and drive financial results. You will be responsible for performing a range of tasks, from supervising food and beverage service to assisting with the planning and execution of banquets.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role or within the hospitality industry.
