- This leader will oversee and direct OB/GYN services to ensure high-quality care and efficient service delivery.">
- Maintain an active clinical practice while allocating time for administrative responsibilities as required.">
- Develop and implement policies, goals, and objectives consistent with team-based care within the Patient Centered Medical Home model.">
- Monitor and evaluate overall quality of OB/GYN care and design quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.">
- Ensure organizational conformance with legal, accreditation, and regulatory requirements related to OB/GYN services.">
Requirements
">A medical doctor degree (M.D.) or doctor of osteopathy (D.O.) from an accredited medical school is required. Completion of a residency training program in the field of OB/GYN is also necessary. Additionally, three to five years of management and/or clinical experience in a managed care environment are preferred.
