Senior Director of Women's Health Services

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Director to lead our Women's Health services. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and directing clinical operations, including managing on-call schedules and providing programmatic leadership.
In this role, you will also maintain an active clinical practice while allocating time for administrative responsibilities as required. You will work closely with our team to ensure the highest quality of care possible for our patient population.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, advanced knowledge of regulatory agencies, and the ability to manage complex situations.
- Responsible for optimizing care efficiency and effectiveness of women's health services.
- Provides governance and performance management of direct reports.
- Rounds on and advocates for providers on clinical and practice issues.
