Join Compass UOL as an Agile Master

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Master to join our team at Compass UOL. As an Agile Master, you will be responsible for facilitating rituals, orienting teams on execution of team practices, and removing impediments. You will also be responsible for orienting and promoting auto-organization of teams, supporting teams in maintaining focus on delivery of value, and managing risks and impediments of deliveries.

Our ideal candidate will have experience as an agilist using frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and others. They will also have experience with creation and monitoring of metrics, traditional project management, and discovery techniques. Additionally, they will have experience with development of financial products and credit products, and will be able to work with multiple teams simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate rituals of the team, orienting on the execution of team practices and removing impediments
  • Orient and promote auto-organization of the team
  • Support teams in maintaining focus on delivery of value
  • Manage risks and impediments of deliveries
  • Facilitate dynamics that lead to continuous improvement
  • Provide vision of the sprint progress, collecting metrics and ensuring they are seen by those whose work is being measured
  • Support the PO in the evolution of products and management of backlog
