**Flexible Manufacturing Specialist**

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our flexible manufacturing operations forward. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving process development, optimization and continuous improvement across global production sites.

The ideal candidate will combine technical leadership with hands-on support to ensure production technologies remain robust, cost-effective and scalable. They will work closely with cross-functional teams of engineers and technicians to drive best-in-class process standards and facilitate knowledge transfer across departments.

About the Role:

  • Digital Transformation Strategy: Develop and implement a clear digital strategy for our flexible pipeline production facility, aligning digital initiatives with business goals and manufacturing needs.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with production, quality and maintenance teams to integrate digital solutions that streamline workflows, reduce downtime and enhance real-time decision-making in manufacturing operations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership and department heads to ensure digital strategies align with overall business objectives.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure all implemented digital systems and processes comply with industry standards for safety, quality control and cybersecurity.

About You:

  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of IoT, automation, data systems and digital technologies.
  • Change Management: Demonstrated expertise in change management and driving cultural change.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in business-friendly terms.
