Key Account Manager – Food Role

This is a dynamic sales position that requires a skilled professional to drive business growth and develop strategic relationships within the food industry in LATAM South.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, expanding our market presence, and achieving ambitious sales targets. This role involves securing new accounts, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and growing revenue across assigned territories.

Main Responsibilities:
  • New Business Development: Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities to expand our market share within the food and nutrition sector.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact and negotiation to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical support, operations) to ensure a seamless customer experience and project delivery.
  • Negotiation and Forecasting: Negotiate pricing, manage bids, and provide regular forecasts and reports on sales performance and pipeline status.
